1. Who is responsible for your data?
Brighter Ads is the trading name of Giusipena Bonini, entrepreneur individuel (EI), located at 56 Rue Crozatier, 75012 Paris, France. For questions about personal data, contact giusy@brighterads.com.
2. What information do we collect?
When you contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company or app name, selected service topic, message, and any information you voluntarily provide. When you book a consultation, Google Calendar may process your name, email address, appointment details, and meeting information. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and access logs.
3. Why do we use your data?
We use your contact details and message to respond to business enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling requests about our services. When you request a consultation or discuss a potential engagement, we use your details to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to arrange the meeting.
Fields marked * in the contact form are required to submit it. Without them, we cannot process a request through that form. You can also contact us directly by email. Information sent through the contact form is not used to subscribe you to a mailing list.
4. Who receives your information?
Giusy Bonini handles enquiries for Brighter Ads. Google Forms processes contact form submissions; Google Calendar and Google Meet process consultation bookings and meetings. Email service providers process correspondence when you email us or receive a reply. GitHub Pages hosts the website and may process technical connection data.
Google and GitHub may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. 5. How long do we keep your data?
Enquiries and booking information are retained for 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing business relationship. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and object to processing. Where relevant, you may also request portability or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact giusy@brighterads.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
7. Cookies and external services
This website does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, or browser storage to track visitors. Fonts are hosted on this website, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts to load them.
The contact form sends your information to Google Forms only when you submit it. Links to the Google contact form and Google Calendar booking page open external websites. These services are not embedded or loaded automatically on this website. When you submit the form or open those links, Google may process technical information and use cookies under its own Privacy Policy.
8. Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and may update this policy when our website or processing practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
